Return Policy

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Requests made after 30 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. After the item is received we will issue store credit so you can place a new order for your preferred item.

 

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the return has been approved. If approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.

Store credit will be sent to you via email and can be used toward any future purchase at Caballero Buckle.

Please note that Caballero does not offer refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
